I like to look at the metadata of the photographs posted by fashoin blogs. It always baffles me when street shots are taken with 5D Mark II’s and stuff like this is taken with, albiet a higher end, point and shoots.
That is all.
I think it has to do with the fact that given a good studio setup you can make almost anything look solid, even when working with a mediocre camera. I think it also speaks to the quality of modern point and shoots. 4/3rds rocks pretty hard.
